Tara Romine is a marketing leader with a passion for personal and professional growth. In her role as Director of Marketing and Communications, Tara brings her marketing experience and expertise to drive strategic initiatives and enhance the firm’s market presence while always striving for outstanding client satisfaction. 

Tara’s responsibilities include overseeing the marketing initiatives and budget, coordinating events and firm communication, optimizing advertising spend, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with external creative agencies. 

In 2017, Tara founded Evergreen Marketing, a consulting business that provided marketing services, from strategic planning to tactical execution. She successfully partnered with several Metrowest clients, including JM Construction Co., a high-end home remodeling design/build firm, and Northeast Private Trustees, a professional trustee firm founded by the partners at Borchers Trust Law. Now she’s shifted in-house to fully focus her attention at our firm.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where she majored in Marketing and English.

Beyond her professional and educational endeavors, Tara enjoys spending time at the beach, particularly in Falmouth, MA, where her extended family lives. Tara and her husband Steve live in Upton, and are parents to three college-aged sons. A favorite pastime is exploring the many hiking trails in the area with her family.
