David Dubinsky, Esq., Of Counsel
Attorney David J. Dubinsky is a principal in Dubinsky Law, PLLC, and has been practicing law since 1987. He became “of counsel” to Borchers Trust Law in 2017. His practice includes trusts, estates, and related probate litigation. David represents a number of young families associated with Google, Moderna, Wayfair, and MIT. His practice often includes estate plans focused on children and how they can be properly supported while still being motivated for personal success. He finds his joy in listening to client goals and concerns and tailoring his approach and tactics to the achievement of those goals. He firmly believes that in the end, it’s all about family, caring for parents, protecting our spouse, and fostering the growth of children no matter how old they are.
Attorney Dubinsky graduated from the Boston University School of Law. He has taught as an adjunct professor at Boston University, the University of California at San Diego, and Newbury College. He has been published in the Mass Law Review. He is a current board member of Communities for People, a non-profit devoted to finding community-based solutions for children in need of services, including group homes, adoption, and foster care. He is a former board member of the Stoughton JCC and former Boston University Moot Court judge.
David has been married to his wife Elise for more than 25 years and has two adult children. He enjoys insightful humor, music of all kinds, and spending time with his family.
