Courtney O’Riordan, Senior Paralegal
Courtney joined Borchers Trust Law as an Administrative Assistant in the Fall of 2016 and was promoted to Paralegal a year later, and then to Senior Paralegal in 2021. She considers herself immensely lucky to have been trained from the ground up at Borchers Trust Law in the many varied nuances of estate planning.
She is an important point of contact for clients ensuring that their experience is smooth and seamless, starting from the first call and continuing (hopefully!) for years as long-lasting relationships are formed.
Overseeing Marc Cusano’s caseload is her primary responsibility providing paralegal support to keep estate plans on track. Her careful eye for detail helps as she oversees and implements many of the firm’s complex processes, streamlines process management, and keeps instruction manuals up to date.
At home, Courtney loves to read, write, and spend time with her family. A lifelong Massachusetts resident, she was happy to settle in Walpole. She is a Notary Public and holds a paralegal certification from MassBay Community College where she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society.
