Erika is a Legal Assistant with over 25 years of administrative and customer service experience. She joined Borchers Trust Law in 2018 and quickly become an integral part of the firm helping fulfill her desire to help clients and provide top level service. She provides crucial support to Marc Cusano’s team in her role as Legal Assistant. In addition, she also serves as the firm’s TrustSupport Program Administrator. In this role, she has regular contact with many of our clients as she answers their questions, assists with their scheduling, and oversees all the internal aspects of the program. With a careful eye for detail, she manages internal processes and procedures to ensure a seamless client experience.

After getting her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, she returned to New England and currently resides in Millis with her family and her cat Ellie.

Her love of cooking and learning prompted her to get her health coach certification in 2016. She shares this passion with others by passing along healthy and nutritious cooking techniques. Erika enjoys exploring – whether it be New England beaches or discovering a cool new coffee shop – and all the better if she’s exploring with her family.
