Nikki Leavitt is an Operations Assistant who joined our team in February 2019. In her role, she facilitates company-wide initiatives and projects that help our firm’s operations run efficiently. Nikki brings 20 years of customer service experience, 16 of which were in the insurance industry. She received her Bachelor’s degree from RIT in Rochester, about 2 hours from her hometown of Utica, New York.

Nikki lives in Wrentham with her husband and her twin boys who are in elementary school. She loves being active, especially hiking with their 2 dogs. One of their go-to spots for treks is Gilbert Hills State Forest in Foxboro. Spending time here, especially with her family, is her favorite way to enjoy a day.
