Clio, the system maintaining your online documents, is making a move from “Clio Connect” to a “Clio for Clients” portal so your documents can be shared more easily and securely.

• When will your online documents be moved? This is in-process and will continue throughout 2023.
   
• How will you know when your documents have moved to “Clio for Clients”? We will reach out by email with instructions for how to access your documents using the portal.
   
• How do I access my online documents before my documents have moved to the portal? You can still access them here. If you never set up your account, and have a time-sensitive need, email TrustSupport™ Program Administrator Erika Schaad, at Erika@BorchersLaw.com.
   
• How do I access my online documents after the move? Clio for Clients portal login in the Client Area of our website.
