Regina Wilkes, Paralegal
Regina Wilkes is a seasoned paralegal with 23 years of experience in estate planning and an additional 7 years in auto and home insurance, demonstrating her versatility in various legal and financial contexts. Beyond her professional background, Regina also accumulated 3 decades of office administration experience, contributing significantly to a family construction business. Her education prepared her for these roles, first attending Boston Latin Academy and then Boston Business School.
Regina assists Tim Borchers and Debra Hedges with the preparation of commitment letters and invoices, drafting of estate plan documents and/or Trust Amendments, and obtaining and updating family information and financial information to complete individualized Asset Trust Organizers (ATO). She prepares the necessary funding forms to properly fund assets (for trusts that include funding) and answers any questions you have during the estate planning process and going forward.
When Regina isn’t at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, visiting her 3 adult daughters and sons-in-law, and 6 grandchildren, at their homes in Canton, Hingham and Stow, Massachusetts. Family is at the core of Regina’s life, and she takes immense pleasure in spending time with the little ones.
As an avid sports enthusiast, Regina enjoys watching sports – especially hockey. Her passion for hockey is deeply rooted in her family’s history. Her father was a hockey coach, her brother excelled as an accomplished hockey player in Massachusetts, and her twin daughters played the sport for an impressive 10 years.
Beyond sports, Regina nurtures a love for beaches. She is particularly fond of Humarock Beach, Priscilla Beach in Plymouth, and First Encounter Beach in Eastham. However, her ultimate favorite is Turks and Caicos, where she finds solace and relaxation in its beautiful turquoise waters.
If she’s not at the beach, you may find her in the kitchen cooking. She is famous in her family for her mouthwatering eggplant parmigiana. Regina was originally from Boston, so fittingly, her flair for cooking was first nurtured in “Beantown.”
Her dedication to her work, love for family, sports, beaches, and cooking makes her a truly unique and valuable individual, both personally and professionally.
